Artwork: All artwork must be provided in digital vector format saved as ai, pdf, or esp, ensuring that all curves or outlines are properly converted and saved. Proofs will be emailed within 24 hours
Production: The standard production duration is 10-15 business days, while thermal seal production duration takes 30-45 business days, depending on foam availability for standard quantities following artwork, order, and credit approval
Pricing: All prices include a single-color imprint at one location. Owing to the volatile resin market, prices may change without prior notice. For up-to-date pricing, please check our website at www.amerifoam.com. All prices are presented in US Dollars.
Acknowledgments: Will be delivered through email within 24 working hours. Acknowledgments will include pricing, quantity, shipping address, shipping method, and date. Kindly examine thoroughly and reach out to us right away to fix any mistakes. A lack of response will be regarded as an agreement to the schedule and price
Payment conditions: All accounts require prepayment via credit card until payment terms can be set. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Customers with accounts needing collections will be responsible for all related expenses, including legal fees. Returned checks and declined card transactions will also result in fees
Shipping: FOB Michigan 49230. Shipments are sent prepaid unless stated differently. We choose the top carrier according to cost and dependability. Our responsibility for delivery ceases once the goods have departed from the factory through the carrier. UPS provides services to our facility every day. If a different carrier is needed, please note there might be extra fees and/or shipping delays
Screen Printing: An extensive selection of stock ink colors is accessible. PMS ink can be obtained on foam products at no extra cost. The colors closely resemble the PMS uncoated Pantone palette. 6-color printing offered on certain products. Because of the foam's texture, we recommend a bold, minimum imprint size of 21 points. Precise registration cannot be ensured on any item
Trademarks and Copyrights: All product logos featured in the catalog/website are intended to illustrate art and imprint reproduction ability ONLY. They do not suggest approval by the owners of those trademarks or designs. We retain the right to utilize all items in our advertisements, displays, catalogs, brochures, and other promotional materials unless stated otherwise at the time of ordering
Modifications and cancellations: Adjustments can be made prior to the start of production; fees will be charged for all expenses incurred by our factory. Send changes and cancellations in writing
Credit & Returns: Examine all items upon arrival for defects, omissions, and manufacturing errors. If we have committed a mistake, it is Amerifoam’s® policy to replace the product. Requests for adjustments must be submitted in writing within 20 business days of receiving the product. Unprinted returnable items incur a 25% restocking fee and must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) provided by our Quality Department displayed on the exterior of each carton

Products adhere to US CPSIA regulations and Canadian CCPSA standards, as well as California Prop65 requirements. We prioritize employee safety by adhering to all standard workplace procedures outlined by CDC and OSHA. AmeriFoam® is dedicated to the safety of its consumers. There are no recognized harmful substances that lead to cancer, reproductive issues, or birth anomalies. Foam novelties serve as promotional items intended for a general audience and are not suitable for children below 12 years old. All polyurethane foam can catch fire
Eco-friendly: AmeriFoam reprocesses our polyurethane foam and cardboard waste. Our ink waste has been authorized by the EPA for land disposal
Product Disclaimer: Foam color may vary based on the dye batch. UV exposure and/or air exposure may cause discoloration of all open cell polyurethane foam. Product shape may deteriorate if vacuum sealed for over 3 months
